KODEPULL SRL is the company Fernando Reyes and I founded in 2025. Where the other pages here cover work I've done for other people's organizations, this is the one I help own. I'm the CTO. Fernando is the CEO.
The public brand is KodePull and the marketing site lives at kodepull.com.
What we build
KodePull positions itself as enterprise-quality engineering for businesses that can't afford enterprise contracts. Six service areas: web development, custom software, infrastructure and cloud, mobile, AI and automation, and consulting and advisory. Twelve industries on the marketing site so far — the ones with the most pull right now are cloud, custom software, and senior consulting work, where the "enterprise-quality but not enterprise-contract" pitch lands hardest.
Our shape is small by design. Fernando and I lead, and we bring in specialist engineers, designers, and other partners based on what each project needs. We don't try to be a sixty-person agency.
My role
As CTO I own the technical side: architecture, infrastructure design, the hands-on engineering on projects that need it, platform and vendor decisions, and the quality bar we ship under. Fernando owns client relationships, product strategy, and the work of making sure what we ship maps to real business outcomes. We're built to overlap on most decisions and disagree out loud when we should.
Where it's at now
The current focus is closing our biggest engagement yet — a long-term build for a psychology-testing platform for athletes, with an integrated shop and results analysis. It's the kind of custom-product work the company was built to take on.
While that lands, the steady work is maintenance: keeping a handful of clients' personal-brand sites and their hosting healthy. Small and recurring, and the base that lets us be selective about the bigger builds.
